Rise in Need Leads to the Launch of Second Outlet by B.C. Infant Aid Organization

The organization BabyGoRound, known for its philanthropic work in providing gently-used baby items to families in need, is expanding its operations due to a significant increase in demand. The charity, launched in 2012, has been steadily collecting, sanitizing, and distributing essential baby items from its Vancouver-based location on Kingsway.

In recent years, however, the charity has observed a substantial rise in the number of families across the Fraser Valley needing their assistance. This surge in demand has prompted BabyGoRound to extend its services by establishing a new branch in Cloverdale. The new center aims to cater to families as far as Hope.

BabyGoRound’s efforts have not gone unnoticed. Client Clare Douglas expressed her gratitude to Global News, revealing how the organization offered her not only a stroller and a bassinet but also other critical baby items. She mentioned that BabyGoRound made her feel prepared for motherhood by providing her with items like a breast pump, baby formula, and clothes.

The charity takes pride in assisting over 1,700 families annually, and with the opening of their new center, they hope to reach out and help even more families in need.
