Individual Charged with Taylor Swift Dance Class Killings Now Confronts Terrorism Allegations in UK – POLITICO

The United Kingdom’s Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) publicized on Tuesday that charges have been brought against Rudakubana for the creation of a biological poison, specifically ricin. This is in direct violation of the UK’s Biological Weapons Act.

In addition to this, he has been found in possession of an instructional guide for the extremist group, Al-Qaeda. This is a distinct breach of the UK’s terrorism prevention laws.

Rudakubana is scheduled to make his court appearance at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.

Sarah Hammond, a representative from the CPS, stated that Rudakubana is already looking at serious charges including three counts of murder, ten counts of attempted murder, and one count of knife possession. All these charges are tied to an incident that occurred on Hart Street, Southport.

She further explained that the additional charges were a result of evidence gathered by the Merseyside Police during a thorough search of Rudakubana’s residence. This was part of a comprehensive and intricate investigation that followed the events that transpired on July 29.
