Kamala Harris Demonstrates She’s the Least Suitable Candidate for Bitcoin Ownership and Adoption

Today, Kamala Harris publicized her support for a regulatory framework for cryptocurrencies and other digital assets, with a focus on providing protection for black men who invest in and possess these assets.

This isn’t a sensational headline; it’s Harris’s first concrete stance on cryptocurrency and it’s centered on racial bias.

As a Bitcoin enthusiast, I believe this is a grave error, portraying Harris as having a lack of comprehension about Bitcoin – a network that provides equal access to everyone, irrespective of their race, color, or belief.

Harris and the Democrats have long proclaimed themselves to be “anti-racist,” tagging their opponents and critics as racists. In this instance, Kamala is extending this attitude to the crypto arena, showing bias towards a particular group.

Imagine if Trump had expressed an intention to formulate a policy that would exclusively benefit white individuals in the crypto market. There would be a widespread media backlash. However, unlike Harris, Trump isn’t favoring one race over others. His Bitcoin-friendly policies are intended for ALL Americans.

On this sole criterion, Trump’s methodology is undeniably more suitable for Bitcoin than Harris’s proposition: he provides explicit details on his plans to stimulate innovation in this sector if he were elected, and how these policies would benefit the entire population.

Harris’s recent statements seem nothing more than an attempt to sway votes from a specific group, while potentially costing her the support of others she’s ignored. Anyone who convinces themselves otherwise is being dishonest.

Let’s ponder this, will Harris’s strategies simplify access and ownership of Bitcoin for Black Americans? Or will her administration make it more complex? If additional obstacles are introduced for Black Bitcoin purchasers, it would be a severe setback.

Bitcoin is an open-source protocol that is accessible to anyone globally. It’s indifferent to your race – it’s available for everyone’s use. This policy is an insult to all American Bitcoin users, and Bitcoin-supporting voters should cast their votes in three weeks to ensure she does not become the President.
