The students play a significant role in the day-to-day operations of the store, from crafting candles and maintaining cleanliness to managing inventory and operating the cash register. Over its years of operation, Light-A-Dream has established an alumni program for its graduates who wish to remain involved with the charity organization. Alumni Hagop Shahbazian shares his profound connection with the charity, stating that it feels like a second home to him due to the strong bonds of friendship and kinship formed there.
