Israeli equity market ends on a high note; TA 35 index gains 0.02% according to Investing.com.

“Israeli shares experienced an increase after the market closed on Sunday, driven by gains in various sectors.

The index in Tel Aviv exhibited a marginal increase of 0.02% at the close.

The trading session’s top performers included Bank Hapoalim, which witnessed a 1.46% rise or an increase of 57.00 points, closing at 3,963.00. Azrieli Group Ltd also performed well, adding 1.33% or 380.00 points to finish at 29,030.00. Additionally, Israel Corp saw an upward trend of 1.25% or 1,030.00 points, ending at 83,130.00 in the late trade.

On the contrary, Camtek Ltd experienced a downfall of 6.05% or 1,790.00 points, trading at 27,800.00 at the close. Electra Ltd also faced a decline of 2.48% or 4,230.00 points, ending at 166,300.00, while Newmed Energy LP saw a decrease of 1.87% or 21.00 points to 1,103.00.

The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange recorded more rising stocks than declining ones, with 268 shares increasing, 191 decreasing, and 81 remaining unchanged.

Bank Hapoalim’s shares hit all-time highs, gaining 1.46% or 57.00 points to 3,963.00. Azrieli Group Ltd also reached a 52-week high, with an increase of 1.33% or 380.00 points to 29,030.00.

In the commodities market, December crude oil saw an increase of 0.33% or 0.23 to $69.49 per barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for January delivery rose by 0.40% or 0.29 to reach $73.10 a barrel. However, the December Gold Futures contract saw no change, trading at $2,749.20 per troy ounce.

In the currency exchange market, the USD/ILS showed an increase of 0.27% to 3.75, while the EUR/ILS remained unchanged at 4.06.

The US Dollar Index Futures exhibited an increase of 0.32%, standing at 104.20.”
